Welcome to Lumiere terms and conditions. The client acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions below are contractual and binding.

All personal property and personal effects shall be at “owner’s risk” at all times, and Lumiere Nile Cruise shall not be responsible or held liable for any property loss.

All guests have to comply with all safety instructions provided during The Nile Cruise.

A reservation is only confirmed if a payment has been done as per the payment policy.

Lumiere reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has failed to fulfill the payment as per it’s payment policy without any notification or obligation.

All transfers, sightseeing and excursions are not included in booking prices. However, we can provide these services and more. Just so send us your request through the contact us section and we will be happy to help you.

Price is on a full board basis. Including water, tea, coffee and soft drinks

Other services including: laundry, room service,  alcoholic drinks , spa, shops, medical and any other services outside the booked package are not included in the price.

Prices are in USD and inclusive of VAT, all taxes and service charges.

Itinerary could be altered or changed without prior notice due to navigational and safety restrictions such as low level of water and locks closures.
